Leaders have set goals and it is now time to get to work! Trust me, you will not have all the answers and you will NOT be fully prepared for what is to come...Theory and Practice...There is a difference! Just make sure the right people are around you, make sure you put professionalism over everything and last but certainly not least...KEEP CHILDREN FIRST!
