Leadership Development

I have spent the last two days working with my school district's first and second-year assistant principals, as I do each month for our monthly meetings...

The PGCPS Assistant Principal Induction Program is just four years old and I have had the privilege of helping shape this program from its inception.

Leadership Development is at my core. APIP Cohorts 3 and 4 are so appreciative of everything that assists them in becoming the effective school leader they desire.

I appreciate Cohorts 1 and 2 who are now part of the team helping in our development efforts.

I absolutely LOVE what I do! I have held numerous positions in school districts....Teacher, Instructional Coordinator, Test Development Specialist, Assistant Principal, Regional Instructional Specialist, Principal....and now Leadership Development Coach is by far THE BEST!

It's the season of THANKS (although everyday is)....I am grateful...
